Due to the nature of PDF patterns, refunds are not given after an item has been purchased.

Sale items

Patterns sold using sale discount codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Discounts or sale prices will not be extended after check out.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges of purchased patterns.

Shipping returns

We do not ship patterns. All patterns are downloaded as PDF documents from our website at time of purchase.
